How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping address
- Special instructions if needed
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include:
- The item in its original condition with all packaging
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- The RMA number we provide in our email
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Bed Pillows (due to hygiene concerns)
- Bathroom Rugs & Mats that show signs of use
- Bed Blankets & Comforters that have been removed from original packaging
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
